  • Ask if their hourly rates are published online or kept private? and what is your company's reasoning for that choice? In general, the moving industry does not publish their hourly pricing and most industry experts will advise moving companies against it. At B2, we challenge industry norms or advice if it doesn't benefit our customers. That's why we choose to be transparent with our pricing. We also know it's one of the first questions our customers ask so we freely share it.

  • Ask if they will send your quote details in email? Any hesitancy to do this may be a red flag or a lack of confidence in their estimation processes. At B2, we want to send you the details in email to ensure we are on the same page and that we captured your move situation correctly and accurately.
  • Ask if they offer binding or non-binding estimates. Binding estimates can be enforced in the court of law as opposed to non binding estimates. They are written with itemized cost for all services estimated out and given to customer pre-move for acceptance and agreement. At B2, we offer binding contracts because we take accountability and we want our customers to feel peace of mind knowing that we will stand behind the estimates we give.

    We can’t say enough about B2Movers!!! They showed up early! We got 5 guys and 2 26ft trucks! Exactly what we asked for, nothing was changed on us!     I highly recommend B2 Movers for any move. They were prompt, polite, friendly and frequently inquired if they met our needs. Everything was wrapped and handled with care, especially a few antique pieces we had. The day was cold and wet, but they never hesitated to do their job. I was impressed with how they supported and enjoyed working with each other. I have moved about 15 times and never had a more pleasant experience. They made our day less stressful. They went beyond the mark. Their estimate was near perfect. We would not hesitate to use them again.

    We had three movers who did a great job. We only paid for the time we used which was less than originally quoted. They took extra care to avoid scratching wood floors, to wrap furniture in blankets, and they even brought a mattress cover (which we forgot in the preparation). They were very professional throughout the move.
