At B2, one of the biggest things that sets us apart is the foundation of our leadership team. Every single member of our staff started their career on the trucks, working directly with our customers in the field before earning their way into management roles.

We believe this structure is essential — it ensures that the people making decisions in the office truly understand what’s happening out in the field. That firsthand experience allows us to serve our customers better, make smarter business decisions, and maintain the standards that have built our reputation.

We’ve intentionally built a large, experienced leadership staff to support our growth and elevate our customer service. Our brand is built on high-touch, personalized service, and our team structure allows us to deliver on that promise every single day. Because of our size and experience, our operations managers are able to go out to most services — ensuring every customer receives an extra level of care and added value to their experience.

Shane Taylor

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Shane has been with B2 for five years, starting out on the trucks where he learned the hands-on side of every move. That foundation has helped him grow into our top Customer Service Representative over the past three seasons. He’s helped more than 2,000 customers with their moving needs and is one of the main voices you’ll hear when you call B2. If you’ve worked with us before, there’s a good chance Shane played a key part in your move—and in B2’s growth as a whole.

Seth Nelson

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Seth has been with B2 for over two years and serves as our second salesman. With extensive experience on the trucks, he brings a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver a smooth, stress-free move. That hands-on background shows in every estimate he puts together. Seth is extremely detail-oriented, works on his craft every day, and continues to grow as a salesperson—he’s a pleasure to work with for both our team and our customers.

Parker Torres

CSR In Training

Parker has been with B2 for two summers, starting out on the trucks where he learned firsthand what it takes to deliver a great move. Like Jaxon, he’s a high school senior who’s shown strong interest in building a future here. With only two classes this year, he starts his day at school and spends the rest of it at B2. An exceptionally hardworking young talent, Parker is now training in sales and adapting remarkably well—already booking both large and small jobs and improving every day. He’s an absolute pleasure to work with and a key part of our next generation at B2.

Chris Taylor

Operations Manager

Chris has been with B2 for six years and is our longest-tenured mover. From his early days on the trucks to his role today, he’s been a cornerstone of our growth and continued success. Chris now has his hands in nearly every part of the business—dispatch, crew leadership, social media, compliance and quality control, claims, and more—helping ensure every move meets the standard B2 is known for.

Chris Hopping

Scheduling Manager

Chris has been with B2 for three years and brings a lifetime of experience in the moving industry. When we had an opening for this role in 2024, he stepped up without hesitation and immediately made a tremendous impact. He’s the one behind the scenes turning complex schedules, routes, and crew assignments into a smooth plan that keeps our days on track and our customers satisfied. Chris’s deep industry knowledge and steady presence make him a quiet force in B2’s continued success.

Jake Durossette

Lead Trainer

Jake has been with B2 for over five years and is a backbone of our training program. He equips our crews to uphold B2’s high standards and teaches the culture we operate under; all while overseeing truck prep, supplies, and daily operations—keeping every move focused on what’s best for the customer.

Isaac Starr

Operations Manager

Isaac has been with B2 for two years and has already made a big impact. He’s the kind of teammate who will take on any job, volunteer for the gnarliest of tasks, and see them through with a positive attitude. Like Jake, he plays a hands-on role in training crews on the front lines while also managing inventory and storage operations. Isaac’s nature and servant-style leadership make him a favorite among both our team and our customers.

Myers Burch

Manager

As the son of one owner and nephew of the other, Myers has grown up with B2 and has been with us since the start. He does a little bit of everything and helps oversee all aspects of the business. He handles all of the numbers and finances, but his main role is to manage and elevate both our operations and sales teams.

Jaxon Burch

In Training

Jaxon is the son of one owner and the nephew of the other, and he’s already spent three summers working on our trucks. Now a high school senior, he starts his mornings at B2 before heading to his three afternoon classes. He’s learning all aspects of the business, with a special focus on payroll and the numbers side of operations. Jaxon plans to stay on with B2 after graduation, and we’re proud to invest in his growth as part of the next generation of our family business.
